What are my payment options?
You can opt in for a Pro and Business subscription (s) of nTask by using your MasterCard or Visa.
How do the Premium and Business plans work?
When you successfully opt for Premium or Business plan you will unlock some amazing features like Gantt, Projects, Risk Management, more storage and many more.
What is our refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your plan before the next renewal period, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, your paid features will not be accessible and you will be downgraded to the Basic Free account.
Do the Business and Premium Plans cost less if I only have a few users?
We charge on Business and Premium plans based on the number of users. Definitely you will be charged less for few users. You can estimate your per month or annual cost using the cost calculator above.
How much would I save on an annual plan?
You will save up to 33% if you opt for annual subscription.
What are the differences between a Free, Business and Premium Plan?

What happens if I want to cancel my premium subscription?
You will be shifted back to the Basic Free plan and premium features will be taken away.
What is the billing strategy, if I have multiple teams on nTask?
You can have multiple teams with separate subscription plans (Like, one team on Basic Free, one on Premium and one on Business Plan). Each team will be charged separately according to the plan it is on.
How do I change my plan?

How do I cancel my Business or Premium Plan subscription?
You can cancel your Business or Premium Plan from Team Settings. If you face any problem then reach out to our support team.
How do I permanently close my account?
You can permanently delete your account by requesting our support team at: email@example.com. Note: This is not an account deactivation and once your account is deleted all your data is erased.
Can I cancel my Premium or Business plan at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium or Business subscription at any time. This action will take effect from your next billing date.
Is the billing amount for my account, inclusive of Sales Tax and VAT?
Our pricing includes the Sales Tax and VAT for all regions.
