A. We don’t offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your plan before the next renewal period, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, your paid features will not be accessible and you will be downgraded to the Basic Free account.

A. You will save up to 33% if you opt for an annual subscription.

A. We give exclusive discounts to NGOs and early-stage startups. You can email us at support@ntaskmanager.com to determine how much discount you qualify for.

A. You will be shifted back to the Basic plan and Premium features will be taken away.

A. You can have multiple teams with separate subscription plans (Like, one team on Basic Free, one on Premium, and one on Business Plan). Each team will be charged separately according to the plan it is on.

A. You can cancel your Business or Premium Plan from Team Settings. If you face any problem then reach out to our support team using our 24/7 live chat feature.

A. You can permanently delete your account by requesting our support team at: support@ntaskmanager.com. Note: This is not an account deactivation and once your account is deleted all your data is erased.
